About Us
VIAISTA Travel & Tours is a project of the VIAISTA Group of Companies based in Istanbul, Turkiye. Originally established as Via Istanbul Tourism and Trading Company, VIAISTA Travel and Tourism was the first company of the group. Situated in the heart of Istanbul, Taksim, the company was established in 2021. Licensed by the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies known as TÜRSAB in Turkiye, the company has kept growing steadily to become a trustworthy companion in Turkish Tourism.
OUR NAME
The name VIAISTA is a modification of the expression “Via Istanbul” which is also the name of our parent company. Istanbul, being the only magnanimous Eurasian City, which bridges East and West not metaphorically but in physical essence makes the expression “Via Istanbul” more common and meaningful as most of the international routes are actually connected via Istanbul. Also, the word VIA in Italian means “way”, hence VIAISTA, as a play on the expression “Via Istanbul” signifies a way that goes to and through Istanbul to connect us to the world around us. Therefore we say that your tourist profile is never complete without your travel to Turkiye; and, that is why we hold the slogan “Dream Turkiye, Live Turkiye”

Our journey in the tourism industry started as a fun thing which later developed first into a professional goal and then a commercial achievement. The VIAISTA Travels & Tours platform has been carved with diligent and detailed working on the idea of doing everything with a pin-point accuracy and striving for an academic level of excellence in customer-satisfaction. From choosing the name to becoming a brand, our team has compromised on nothing less than a happy client. Often the commercial gains have been held low just in order to increase the guests’ satisfaction levels.
